Electric three-wheeler maker Omega Seiki Mobility has closed INR 100 crore of funding across two rounds of INR 50 crore each, advised by New Delhi-based SKG Investments and Advisory, which also invested its own capital in the second round. SKG said it managed investor positioning, deal structuring and negotiations across both tranches.

Founder and chairman Uday Narang said the firm worked on structuring and on bringing investors to the table. Neither party disclosed the investors, the valuation, or what the capital will fund.
