Shiprocket launches RADAR, a Free AI-Powered Tool
Shiprocket, India’s leading eCommerce enablement platform, announced the launch of Shiprocket RADAR, a free, AI-powered tool designed to help sellers proactively identify and avoid delivery disruptions before they impact customer experience.
As delivery performance becomes a critical driver of customer satisfaction, sellers often face challenges due to fluctuating courier performance, pincode-level congestion, and sudden network stress, especially during high-volume periods. RADAR addresses this gap by offering real-time visibility into courier health and operational stress across pincodes, enabling sellers to make data-backed shipping decisions at the point of order allocation.
Powered by advanced AI models, RADAR analyses performance signals from millions of shipments in real time. By continuously monitoring courier efficiency, pincode-level trends, and emerging network disruptions, the tool detects early signs of delivery stress. It surfaces actionable insights before delays, SLA breaches, or RTOs occur.
What sets RADAR apart is its native integration into the Shiprocket shipping workflow. During order creation, sellers receive real-time nudges highlighting stressed couriers and lanes, allowing them to make smarter courier selections instantly. Sellers can also configure settings to temporarily disable under-stress lanes or courier partners, ensuring shipments are automatically routed through more stable delivery corridors without manual intervention.
“For India’s MSMEs, delivery performance directly impacts customer trust and business growth,” said Saahil Goel, MD & CEO at Shiprocket. “With RADAR, we’re aiming to give sellers across Bharat real-time, predictive visibility into courier performance, so they can take smarter delivery decisions upfront and prevent disruptions before they affect business and their customers.”
RADAR highlights couriers and pincodes that are currently under operational stress, allowing sellers to avoid assigning shipments to stressed courier partners for specific pincodes, view real-time courier performance ratings via the RADAR dashboard, automatically exclude under-stress couriers using configurable rules, and reassign AWBs to better-performing alternatives when required.
