Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM), a leading global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions to enterprises across industries announced the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Our deal TCV is up 57% year-on-year on LTM basis, supported by strong deal conversions.  The Board has approved a dividend of ₹15 per share reflecting our continued focus on shareholder value.
