Walmart opens registrations for India Growth Summit 2026

Walmart has announced the opening of registration for the India Growth Summit 2026, an event dedicated to empowering Indian businesses to scale domestically, and globally. Scheduled for May 7, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, the second edition of the summit will bring together micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), digital-first brands, direct-to-consumer (D2C) sellers, and innovative supply chain companies to explore new opportunities in global trade with Walmart.

Registration will be open through April 23, 2026, for Indian businesses looking to join the Walmart Marketplace and expand their presence in international eCommerce. This summit aligns with the Make in India initiative, aiming to boost exports in key categories such as home textiles, consumables, health and wellness, food, general merchandise, jewellery, apparel, shoes, toys and stationery.

The India Growth Summit 2026 will feature an executive session where attendees will hear from key Walmart leaders, followed by curated learning sessions designed to help businesses scale and sustain their operations, gain valuable insights in retail, and connect to international markets through eCommerce. Attendees will have the opportunity to register on Walmart Marketplace, unlocking access to global customers via cross-border trade.  A dedicated Resource Center will also provide one-on-one advisory support, helping businesses navigate platform onboarding, regulatory requirements, and cross-border trade with guidance from Walmart’s category teams and subject-matter experts.

At Walmart, we are passionate about helping businesses thrive on the global stage.” said Manish Joneja, Senior Vice President, Walmart Marketplace. “The India Growth Summit 2026 reflects our commitment to innovation and helping sellers and suppliers grow in global markets. We’re excited to work with Indian entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and reach customers worldwide.

The India Growth Summit 2026 will also serve as a platform for innovation, offering suppliers early exposure to cutting-edge retail technologies, evolving product expectations, and tools to drive international growth. This initiative builds on Walmart’s successful global programs in countries like Mexico, Chile, Canada, South Africa, and the United States, where local suppliers have seamlessly integrated into Walmart’s global network.
