Zetwerk, Bonfiglioli and Sahajanand IPOs to open on October 15

Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses, Bonfiglioli Transmissions and Sahajanand Medical Technologies have announced initial public offerings opening on October 15 and closing on October 19, 2026.

The offers span manufacturing services, industrial transmission equipment and cardiovascular devices, but differ in where the proceeds will go. Zetwerk's offer combines a fresh issue with shareholder sales. Bonfiglioli and Sahajanand are offering existing shares, with no fresh issue proceeds going to either company.

Zetwerk, the manufacturing platform's offer includes sales by existing shareholders alongside the fresh issue. The fresh capital gives this offer a different purpose from the two wholly secondary transactions. The company serves industrial and consumer-product customers through its own facilities and a supplier network.

Bonfiglioli, the industrial gearmotor, gearbox and drive-system manufacturer says its offer comprises shares sold by promoter Bonfiglioli S.p.A. The company will not receive the proceeds of those shareholder sales.

Sahajanand, the medical-device manufacturer's offer comprises sales by its promoter, promoter group and investor shareholders. Its business includes coronary stents, coronary balloons and structural-heart intervention products. The IPO does not itself provide new capital for manufacturing or research.
