Aman Group, Patience Capital Group and GDL-Raven have signed a memorandum of understanding to pursue a partnership supporting Gelephu Mindfulness City in Bhutan.

The parties say the collaboration will bring together Aman's hospitality expertise, Patience Capital's fund-management and real-estate capabilities, and GDL-Raven's role in supporting the city's development.

They aim to attract long-term real-estate investment. GDL-Raven is a subsidiary of Green Digital Limited, according to the supplied announcement.

The MoU begins discussions rather than finalising a funded development. Details of a proposed fund and the partnership arrangements remain subject to further discussions and approvals. The release does not disclose committed capital, a hotel opening date or a construction timetable.
