Axis Pension Fund doubles assets in 15 months
The Axis Bank step-down subsidiary has doubled its pension assets since June 2025, as National Pension System adoption grows in the non-government segment.
To cross INR 20,000 crore
Axis Pension Fund has crossed INR 20,000 crore in assets under management, doubling its asset base in 15 months after adding its most recent INR 10,000 crore between June 2025 and August 2026. The company is the pension fund management arm of Axis Asset Management and a step-down subsidiary of Axis Bank, operating in the non-government segment of the National Pension System. It said growth has come through Axis Bank’s distribution network across retail, corporate, government and institutional segments. Managing Director and Chief Executive Sumit Shukla said the company sees significant headroom for further growth.
