Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi invests in Indo-Chinese food brand Inchi
The chef has taken a stake in Navi Mumbai's Melting Pot Food Products alongside a brand ambassador role. The company is targeting over INR 500 crore in five years. Terms were not disclosed.
Navi Mumbai-based Melting Pot Food Products has brought chef and restaurateur Harpal Singh Sokhi on board as an investor and brand ambassador for its Indo-Chinese food brand Inchi. Founded in 2017 by Nikhil Bharti, R P Chatterjee and Manish Pardiwala, Inchi sells over 100 products across schezwan dips and spreads, noodles, sauces, soups and cooking masalas. Director Nikhil Bharti said the company is targeting revenue of over INR 500 crore within five years. The investment amount was not disclosed.
