Crafting an appetising growth story

Mumbai-headquartered Aspect Hospitality launched 25 new outlets of its pan-
Asian QSR brand, Nom Nom Express, across Mumbai and Pune.
As per a study by Perfios and PwC India, Indian consumers allocated 13.1% of their spending to discretionary expenses in 2023 towards dining out and ordering in. The Indian Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector is riding a high-growth phase owing to several factors, including urbanisation, rising disposable incomes, and evolving consumer preferences favouring convenient and fast meals. The industry is expected to reach $40-50 billion by 2030, clocking a 12-15% CAGR. Many global and Indian homegrown brands are already capitalising on this larger opportunity. Aspect Hospitality – a Mumbai-based food & hospitality player and a division
of Aspect Global Group has also set its sights on this high-growth market.
On 17 th April, 2025, the company set forth its most ambitious step – launching 25 new outlets of its pan-Asian QSR brand, Nom Nom Express, across Mumbai and Pune. This audacious launch rode on its “25 Stores. 1 Giant Bite” campaign across social media platforms.
Owned by Aksha Kamboj, Executive Chairperson of Aspect Global Ventures, Aspect Hospitality’s portfolio comprises 40 outlets (including 25 recently opened outlets) across three cities - featuring 10 brands including Nom Nom Express, Estella, Prive by Akina, Radio Bar, Silver Beach Cafe, Brunch & Cake, The Coconut Boy, and Maison, among others.
“Given the high demand for authentic pan-Asian cuisine, we are thrilled to add Nom Nom Express to our Aspect Hospitality family. We seek to offer a blend of authentic taste, premium ambience, and a memorable dining experience to our patrons across our outlets,” said Akshata Kamboj on the launch of the outlets.
The 25 outlets across Mumbai and Pune for Nom Nom Express are powered by a 7,000-square-foot central kitchen designed for consistency, speed, and quality across all locations. This centralised model guarantees that every dish served, whether in Mumbai or Pune, meets the brand's high standards for freshness and flavour.
Growth ambitions on the pan
Aspect Hospitality aims to double the number of Nom Nom Express franchisees to 50 outlets by June 30, adding more cities. “We are confident of a 10-fold growth of the Nom Nom Express outlets within FY2026 – riding upon strong group dynamics comprising of realty sector presence, a passionate leadership team, and high appetite from the investors in tier 2 and 3 cities and towns for QSR franchise”, said Hitesh Keswani, Managing Director of Aspect Hospitality.
