Imperial Auto appoints James Gaylord to lead Americas operations
Imperial Auto has named James Gaylord managing director and chief executive of its US subsidiary, with responsibility for the Americas. His mandate includes supply-chain localisation and engineering, but the company has not quantified its expansion plans.
James Gaylord has been appointed managing director and chief executive of Imperial Auto USA Corp, with responsibility for operations across the Americas, parent Imperial Auto Industries said. He will report to group managing director and chief executive Vikram Wagh. His mandate includes market expansion, product engineering, purchasing and supply-chain localisation. The company says Gaylord previously served as global sales director at Gentex. Imperial Auto did not disclose the appointment’s effective date, Americas revenue, planned investment or quantified growth targets.
