Kotak Securities adopts Kotak Neo as its retail identity

Kotak Securities says its customer-facing retail business will use the Kotak Neo identity, bringing digital and relationship-led offerings under one name. The company says Kotak Securities remains the legal entity, with no change to existing accounts, products, services or governance.

It also outlined Private Client Group and Connect Plus offerings for investors and distributors.
