The proposed development includes 51 premium plots, alongside plans for townhouses, villas and a golf course, according to the announcement.
“We will develop the Nagpur project in association with Krisala Developers under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, our development management platform,” Niranjan Hiranandani said in the supplied statement.
The release does not disclose the site's area, project investment, launch and completion timetable or RERA registration details. Eleva's stated development-management role should not be read as confirmation of a new equity joint venture.
