Moneyview sets INR 32–34 price band for IPO opening September 24
Moneyview’s IPO will open September 24 at INR 32–34 a share, comprising a fresh issue of up to INR 750 crore and an offer for sale of up to 100.49 million shares.
Moneyview Limited has set a price band of INR 32 to INR 34 a share for its initial public offering, which is scheduled to open for public bidding on September 24 and close on September 28.
The Bengaluru-based company said the anchor investor bidding date will be September 23. Investors can bid for a minimum of 441 shares and in multiples of 441 thereafter.
The offer comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to INR 750 crore and an offer for sale of up to 100.49 million shares by existing shareholders.
Founders Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal are each offering up to 13.55 million shares, while Chitra Agarwal is offering up to 1.94 million shares. Other selling shareholders include Accel India IV (Mauritius), Internet Fund III, Accel Growth IV Holdings, Crimson Winter, Ribbit Capital and other institutional investors, according to the company's offer announcement.
Moneyview said the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE. Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, IIFL Capital Services and Kotak Mahindra Capital are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
The Securities and Exchange Board of India's public-issues database lists Moneyview's red herring prospectus among documents filed on September 21, confirming that the offer document has been filed with the regulator.
The company's press release did not set out the intended use of the fresh-issue proceeds or reproduce its latest revenue, profit and other financial metrics. Those details are contained in the red herring prospectus and will require separate treatment.
