Redbrick plans four Mumbai centres with about 10,000 seats
The managed workspace operator says the new centres will add roughly half a million square feet and are scheduled to open in January-March 2027.
Redbrick Offices plans to open four managed workspace centres across Andheri, Lower Parel, Malad and Navi Mumbai in the January-March quarter of 2027. The additions cover approximately 0.5 million square feet and about 10,000 seats, according to the company.
Redbrick said the expansion takes its Mumbai footprint beyond 2.5 million square feet. The new centres are future openings, so the enlarged footprint should not be read as fully operational capacity today.
The company said existing clients had committed to a majority of the new space. Executive director for sales and business development Shrivar Goenka said the locations were intended to help organisations place teams closer to talent pools across the city.
Redbrick projects annual rental revenue of more than INR 130 crore from the new centres. We were not specified when that revenue level is expected to be reached.
