Tesla expands India footprint with centre in Hyderabad

Further strengthening its presence in India, Tesla opens its fifth Experience Centre in Hyderabad's IT hub, HITEC City, Knowledge City Madhapur. Customers can experience the new 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive and Model Y L at the centre from June 17, 2026 onwards.

Visitors around the area can explore the vehicles through guided walkarounds and immersive product experiences provided by Tesla Advisors. Customers can learn about Tesla's design philosophy, cutting-edge electric vehicle technology, safety features, and performance capabilities in an interactive environment.

To create a direct-to-consumer experience for customers in Hyderabad, Tesla also commences delivery and after-sales services in the Bollaram Industrial Area to support a seamless ownership experience across Telangana. The newly launched 2026 Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive offers 2,138 litres of storage space with versatile seating for up to five passengers, ample luggage capacity, and power-folding seats. Powered by ultra-responsive motors, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.9 seconds and delivers a range of up to 500 km (WLTP). The Model Y Premium Rear-Wheel Drive is available in India at ₹50,89,000 with a down payment of ₹6,00,000 and monthly EMI starting from ₹39,990*.
