CrowdStrike and Dynatrace connect security and observability platforms
The companies have introduced three integrations covering federated search, shared incident context and telemetry routing.
CrowdStrike and Dynatrace have introduced three integrations linking the Falcon cybersecurity platform with Dynatrace's observability and log management tools. The partnership was announced globally on 2 November; an India release followed on 4 November.
According to the companies, the integrations let Falcon search Dynatrace telemetry without duplicating the underlying data, bring endpoint security signals into Dynatrace alongside application and infrastructure information, and route logs between the platforms through Bindplane by Dynatrace.
The companies say this can give security and operations teams more context when investigating incidents and reduce unnecessary data movement. Those benefits are vendor claims; the release provides no independently verified customer cost or response-time comparison.
The companies said the integrations were available at announcement and that each was deploying the other's technology internally. Pricing and India-specific customer deployments were not disclosed in the supplied release.
