LexisNexis adds AI-agent signals to digital fraud risk tools
The company's Know Your Agent capability is intended to help businesses recognise AI-agent interactions within existing risk assessment workflows.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions has extended its digital identity and fraud prevention platform with Know Your Agent intelligence, designed to identify AI-agent activity within online interactions.
The company says the capability combines agent signals with identity, device, behavioural and network context so businesses can apply existing risk policies when allowing, reviewing, authenticating or rejecting activity.
The announcement addresses a distinction between detecting an agent and establishing whether its actions are authorised. LexisNexis says the service is intended to bring agent activity into existing decision workflows as agent identity and authorisation standards evolve.
The release did not identify Indian deployments or provide pricing. Detection and risk assessment should not be treated as guarantees that fraudulent or unauthorised activity will be prevented.
