LV Prasad Eye Institute plans to open patient services at its Sudha and Venkat Jasti Campus in Amaravati by September 2027, following a foundation ceremony on September 23. The institute says the campus will reach 800,000 sq ft of built-up area over ten years. Its first phase will provide tertiary eye care, with rehabilitation, elderly and child eye care, education and other services added later. The state government's release puts the site at 12 acres. The announcements reviewed did not disclose the project cost or financing breakdown.
