Specialty chemicals maker Shivtek Spechemi Industries will invest about INR 15 crore to add 14,000 tonnes of chlorinated paraffins capacity at its Kurnool plant in Andhra Pradesh, which the company says is currently running at full utilisation. Commercial production from the expanded line is scheduled to begin in July 2028. The company said the expansion will deliver around INR 100 crore in annual revenue at full capacity, backed by off-take visibility, though it did not name any customers or contracts. Chlorinated paraffins are used in PVC compounds, coatings, flame retardants and lubricants.
