Tourism Malaysia, PCEB and IndiGo wrap seven-city South India roadshow

Tourism Malaysia Chennai, the Penang Convention and Exhibition Bureau (PCEB) and IndiGo have concluded a seven-city South India roadshow, held from 6 to 16 July across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Tiruchirappalli and Chennai. Part of the Visit Malaysia 2026 push, the trade drive drew more than 520 travel agents, tour operators and MICE planners, the organisers said, and promoted destinations such as Penang, Langkawi and Sabah. IndiGo, the airline partner, flagged its existing Malaysia links, including Chennai to Penang and Bengaluru to Kuala Lumpur, both running since December 2024.
