Zuno reports 39% premium growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Zuno General Insurance says premiums across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh grew 39% in the first half of FY27. At its Hyderabad roundtable, executives discussed distribution, EV-specific covers and the use of driving data in insurance.
Customers now expect insurance to be simple, convenient and seamless, while new vehicle and fuel technologies are creating fresh risks and opportunities for tailored cover. Zuno General Insurance reported 39% year-on-year premium growth across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in the first half of FY27, covering April–September 2026.
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are key growth markets for Zuno, driven by a large mobility ecosystem, rising digital adoption and shifting expectations of how insurance is bought and used. At its Hyderabad roundtable, the company plans to deepen its presence by pairing digital-led customer journeys with strong distribution partnerships and relevant motor insurance products.
