Hero MotoCorp appoints VELOSA as El Salvador distributor

Hero MotoCorp has entered a distribution alliance with VELOSA, or Oriental Motors S.A., to expand its presence in El Salvador. The company said VELOSA brings regional automotive experience and distribution capability, and will support customer reach across the country. Hero did not disclose volumes, investment or targets for the market.

Hero MotoCorp dispatched 5,68,398 units globally in August, the bulk of them in India. It did not disclose volumes or targets for El Salvador.
