UST buys majority stake in Audi's Italdesign

UST has bought a majority stake in the Italian design house Italdesign from Audi. Neither party disclosed the consideration, the size of the stake or what Audi retains.

UST has completed the purchase of a majority stake in the Italian design and engineering house Italdesign from the Audi Group. UST, a US-headquartered technology services company with a large India presence, said the combination pairs Italdesign's vehicle design and engineering work with its own software-defined vehicle and AI engineering capability. Neither company disclosed the consideration, the size of the stake, or what Audi retains. Italdesign has operated for close to six decades.
